Party Prep
Hosting a successful party is not hard, but it does require some simple planning. Following my scheduling advice will make sure that everything goes smoothly…

Here are some more ideas to consider when planning a Brown Bag Party.

Plan Early
The earlier you can tell your guests about the party, the more time they will have to clear their schedule and commit to attending your party. Get your guest list together and email them to me as soon as possible.  This way I can get the invites to your party guests in plenty of time for your special night!

Over Invite
Plan to invite 2 times the amount of people you want to actually attend! If you want 20 people to attend, you should invite at least 40 people.

Hold The Date
Rescheduling a party can drastically reduce the final guest tally. Once you schedule your party and announce the date, try to keep that date finalized.

Email & Phone Calls
It is a good idea to email your guests 7 days and 1 day prior to the party. You should try to call all your invited guests at least 3 days prior to the party to obtain a final head count.  Not only does this help me plan properly for your party, but reminds them about your special night so that they can plan accordingly as well…

Setting The Stage
Setting up your home for the party needs to be completed prior to your guests arriving.  If there is anything from you that I need, we will discuss it  prior to the day of the party.  The ordering room should be a private room in which I can take a few minutes in private with each guest for the ordering process.

Helping The Consultant
As the consultant, I may ask you to help during the presentation, or during the ordering process.  Your assistance, if needed, will ensure the success of your party!

To ensure that you and your guests receive the products you pay for in a timely manner, please ask for a receipt of all your purchases and the consultant’s contact information prior to the consultant leaving the party. Our typical shipping times vary by location. Other than back ordered products, our normal shipping times are 6 days to the eastern time zone, 4 days to the central time zone, 3 days to the mountain time zone and 2 days anywhere in the western time zone. These times are from when we receive a paid order from the consultant and should be used only as a guideline. Please direct any shipping issues directly to Sabrina.
